WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shop With XO prides itself on fast shipping. We ship 1-2 business days after your order has been made. You will receive alerts via text or email. Please note that delays are possible with the USPS due to the current pandemic. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Each item is individually weighed so as to ensure you are not over charged for shipping. 

SHIPPING TO MALAWI:

The default price for shipping items to Malawi is 12,000 Kwacha.

Note that these Items do take longer to receive and customers can expect at minimum 12 days. For pre orders, the items can take up to 28 days. You will receive your order, we ship from the US which creates delay that is currently being impacted by Covid-19 as well. 

Blantyre Only: If you have a special need for item pick up rather than delivery. Please email your order request via customersupport@shop-with-xo.com. With subject "Malawi Pick Up Request". Include desired payment method, size and quantity of items. Expect 24 hour process time for these request. Pick up location varies.
